Data from on-chain analytics platform Spot On Chain indicates that wallets associated with the Ethereum Foundation and Ethereum pre-sale are offloading assets following a price rally. One wallet, identified as “0xdb3,” transferred $9 million worth of 2,631 ETH to the Kraken
