Bitwise hit with a multi-million-dollar lawsuit over fraud-related charges

The Mukamal family filed a lawsuit on Monday, July 8th, against asset manager Bitwise over alleged fraud, breach of contract, negligence, and a pump-and-dump scheme that resulted in heavy financial losses for investors. The lawsuit names Bitwise executives CEO Hunter Horsley, CIO Matt Hougan, and President Teddy Fusaro, seeking $2 million in damages.
