3iQ appoints Vladimir Plessovskikh as CFO

Digital asset investment firm 3iQ has appointed Vladimir (Vlad) Plessovskikh as its new Chief Financial Officer, the company said in a statement. Plessovskikh brings over 15 years of experience in finance, with a background spanning digital assets, marketing, and mobile technology ventures. He has a track record of launching and exiting multimillion-dollar businesses through mergers and acquisitions and has advised companies at the board and executive levels. He began his career at EY Canada, where he worked in the audit and tax division. During his tenure, he audited both private and publicly traded firms, including banks and pension funds, and provided guidance on fund accounting practices. Most recently, Plessovskikh served as CFO of Montreal-based proptech firm Landerz. There, he collaborated with banks and private equity groups to secure funding and build the company’s financial infrastructure. He also co-founded Fitolio, a privately owned fitness app provider, and GPU.One, a multi-location crypto mining business, which was later sold to two publicly listed entities. Plessovskikh holds an MBA from Concordia University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
