Federal Judge Advances Securities Lawsuit Against Ripple Labs, Rejects Summary Judgment Bid

A U.S. federal court judge has advanced a civil securities lawsuit against Ripple Labs, rejecting its bid for summary judgment. This lawsuit claims that Ripple’s CEO violated California securities laws.
