SpaceX Wallet Springs to Life With $153M Bitcoin Transfer, First Move Since 2022

A bitcoin (BTC) wallet apparently owned by SpaceX just moved over $150 million worth of BTC in its first on-chain activity for more than three years, according to data from blockchain analytics platform Arkham . Arkham shows the 1,308 BTC transaction moved from address 15oKQ7… i7Jf1G, tagged as owned by Elon Musk’s rocket company, to a previously inactive wallet, bc1q8k … phartf. The transaction is the first recorded outbound transfer since June 10, 2022, when it moved 3,505 BTC (worth $102 million at the time) to Coinbase. The receiving wallet is unlabeled, and no onward movement has been observed. According to Arkham, SpaceX still holds 6,977 BTC, valued at approximately $815 million. That puts the company among the largest corporate bitcoin holders globally, behind names like Strategy (MSTR) and Tesla (TSLA), another Musk-owned company. It remains unclear whether this latest transfer signals a sale, internal treasury reallocation, or something else entirely.
