The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has become the first government institution in the Middle East to accept cryptocurrency, allowing residents to pay for court-related services using the regulated UAE stablecoin. The move allows for the settlement of judicial and legal service fees using AE Coin through the secure AEC Wallet, and it follows a partnership between the ADJD and Al Maryah Bank.
