BREAKING: Wisconsin State Reports Selling All Bitcoin Holdings to SEC – What’s Going On?

The State of Wisconsin Investment Board has terminated its entire investment in the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF in the first quarter of 2025. This development was revealed in a quarterly filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The state pension fund was one of the first institutional investors to invest in spot Bitcoin ETFs, which were launched in the first quarter of 2024.
