eToro prices IPO at $52 per share, raises over $600M

eToro—the Israel-based stock and cryptocurrency trading platform—priced its IPO at $52 per share, which is above its originally anticipated range of $46 to $50. The company raised approximately $620 million by offering nearly 11.92 million shares, giving it a valuation of about $4.2 billion. Founded in 2007 by brothers Yoni and Ronen Assia along with David Ring, eToro competes with the likes of Robinhood ( HOOD ). The shares are set to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “ETOR”.
