‘Buy the dip’ – Microsoft’s AI vision is still a winner on Wall Street

Microsoft’s latest financial report wasn’t exactly a cause for celebration. The company posted better-than-expected fiscal first-quarter earnings, with $3.30 per share on revenue of $65.59 billion. It beat Wall Street’s forecast of $3.10 per share and $64.51 billion in revenue, according to LSEG. Revenue jumped 16% year over year, and net income rose by 11%.
