An update of the Silent Hill 2 remake reportedly made changes to the proportions of Maria’s head following the complaints that the size of the character’s head doesn’t fit the rest of the body. Players have noticed this slight change. A Reddit post by KotakuInAction shares that Maria’s head has been seemingly reduced by 30%.
