CleanSpark Acquires GRIID Infrastructure to Expand Bitcoin Mining Operations

Cryptocurrency mining firm CleanSpark has agreed to acquire Bitcoin mining company GRIID Infrastructure. According to CleanSpark’s announcement, the company will purchase all issued and outstanding shares of GRIID for $155 million.
